Suffolk new-build home gets SF75h doors

Two award-winning new build developments in Suffolk have incorporated SUNFLEX SF75h timber bifold doors into the design of the eye catching homes.

The projects by Landex Homes at Park Gate close to Christchurch Park in the heart of Ipswich and at Auction Yard in the heart of the picturesque village of Haughley have both been designed to the highest possible standards and finishes.

On each site the SUNFLEX SF75h systems were supplied and installed by Suffolk based Site Fix and the doors manufactured to match the style and design of the properties. Park Gate saw six large town-houses built in a gated development with each one featuring full height glazing on the rear of the property. For these homes the SF75h doors have been designed to match the windows on the upper floors, including the addition of transom bars into panels to keep a consistent style.

In Haughley the development consists of nine high-specification family homes in keeping with the village setting. For these new-builds the SF75h doors have been designed to maximise the views from the properties and the minimal sightlines of just 122mm (the slimmest framed timber bifold doors on the market) and the large panels of up to 1100mm wide make the highly engineered system perfect for this location.
