SUNFLEX glass sliding turn & stack
system SF25/SF30/SF35 & horizontal sliding
wall (HSW) systems
The concept of these systems enables individual
panels to slide to one side of the opening,
leaving a clear, uncluttered space, removing
the physical and psychological barriers between
an inside and outside space. Panels can be
frameless like the SF25 and SF40 with no visible
vertical framework or framed, depending upon
the particular requirement and based on the
SF30, SF45, SF55 or SF65 system types.
These systems offer unrivalled flexibility
in design, since the individual panels can be guided to follow corners, curves
or any irregular contour. The systems run on a robust top track, which is fixed,
into the ceiling. Floor tracks or guide rails are available although not necessary.
Enabling continuous flush floor finish whilst preventing any dirt or debris build
up, typically associated with having a bottom track. They particularly offer commercial
applications a new innovation, allowing the introduction of moveable entrances,
internal partitions and display windows.

Appearance
Sunflex SF25/SF40
The supporting rails and track as standard
can be finished to a Silver anodised or polyester
powder coated White RAL 9016. From January
2008 we will be adding Silver RAL 9006, Grey
Aluminium RAL 9007 and Anthracite Grey RAL
7016 to our standard range. Other RAL
colours (over 201 RAL colours available) for
a nominal charge. In addition you can specify
whether a matt, semi gloss or full gloss level
is required.
Sunflex SF30, SF35, SF45 & SF55
The standard available finishes for the
Sunflex range of aluminium systems are Silver
anodised or polyester powder coated White
RAL 9016. From January 2008 we will be
adding Silver RAL 9006, Grey Aluminium RAL
9007 and Anthracite Grey RAL 7016 to our
standard range. All handles are specially
designed to complement the door system;
standard colours are Black RAL 9011, White
RAL 9016 or Silver RAL 9006 Gaskets are
in Black with hinges mounted within seal
sightline available in black or white. A
Marine environment finish, that is required
to all systems within 5000m of a shoreline
is also available. Other RAL colours (over
201 colours available). Even different colours
to the inside and outside (dual colour)
or different wood grain effects are available
for a nominal charge. These can even be
applied to the handles and hinges if required.
In addition you can specify whether a matt,
semi gloss or gloss level of paint finish
is required.
Sunflex SF65/SF68
With the SF65/68, the natural character
of wood is perfectly preserved by using
Sikkens micro-porous water based wood stains
(i.e. they contain no harmful solvents)
in a variety of stain colours. Or alternatively
the timber can be paint finished to any
RAL colour (over 201 RAL colours available)
or different colours or wood stain to the
inside and outside. As standard, Sunflex
timber door systems are fully finished,
which consists of one basecoat and two topcoats;
other finishes are available upon request.
Each section is individually dip treated,
ensuring equal coverage over all surfaces,
protecting the timber against rotting and
water penetration. The pigmentation in the
treatment protects the timber against ultra
violet rays and discoloration. All handles
are specially designed to complement the
door system; standard colours are Brown
RAL 8077, White RAL 9016 or Silver RAL 9006.
Gasket colour available in Brown, Black
or White, with hinges mounted within seal
sightline available in brown or white.
